Unit 3, 'Changing the land', and Unit 4, 'Human population - trends and issues', focus on three different investigations. Unit 3 investigates geographical change to land cover and geographical change to land use. Unit 4 investigates the geography of human populations.

Geology, agriculture, civil engineering, environmental science, ecology, surveyor, sociology, aviation, defence force, mining, meteorologist, parks and recreation, outdoor education (among others).
Before undertaking VCE Geography, you should have satisfactorily completed Year 10 Geography and demonstrated sufficient competency in all skill areas, or be prepared to complete catch-up work. You must undertake Unit 3 prior to undertaking Unit 4.
