The Course:

This unit is a mixed-sex class which focuses more on developing skills and fitness from individual pursuits. If you prefer the challenge of individual pursuits and at times working with others, then this unit is for you.

The focus for this class is to focus on the individual and their ability to join in to different sports they may not have experienced before. 

Learning and Assessment Activities

These units lead to

All year 10 and VCE Health and Physical Education subjects, including Outdoor Education and VET Sport & Recreation.

Special considerations

This is primarily a practical subject and active participation throughout the semester is a requirement.

Costs involved

Possibility of up to $20 for class excursions / activities.
